and so, this is why silence in the next room should arouse more suspicion in me than relief

Add-on information:

Thankfully, this is "washable" marker that Zoralee was supposed to be writing on paper with, but even with a long, fairly immediate soak in the tub, it remains a dark smudgy bruise-like thing on her bottom lip, forearms, and naval. Maybe our photo shoot allowed it to set in, but that I undertook only briefly and with a grave, serious demeanor so as to not encourage this behavior. I couldn't hold back a laugh at her lips though; she looked so much like Marilyn Manson.

Ooooo, bollocks.

She and Elijah should get together - they would have a blast permanent marker-ing all over the place.

(I'm assuming that's what that is!)

I guess I should've said up front - it's just washable marker that she was supposed to be writing on paper with. But even with a long, immediate soak in the tub, it isn't all off.

Ha! Better on herself than on the wall or furniture (as in white dining room chairs!) What I want to know is, who is she hanging around with that wears this much makeup??

And what explanation did she give for this? (I'm sure she had one, like when she said she didn't eat the Hershey's Kiss, but was just rubbing it on her lips!)

I stinkin love kids... Kale had so much red frosting on his mouth today that he looked like the Joker in Batman... I asked him "Why So Serious?" =)

Oh I just love it. I didn't know girls did this kind of thing too! :) At least it was washable and not permanent markers like the ones our boys sucked on. :)
