pee-pee teepees
I'm not 100% certain we're having a boy, but it's definitely my stronger hunch - especially after the ultrasound, even though we chose not to look. I dunno; I just got the wee-wee vibe. So when we hit that really cool Quarry Market on the way home, I picked us up a set of these. They're really simple, and look easy enough to make, but it was super fun to spend money on our (most likely) boy.

Yay for wee wee's!!! And, for gettin' pittled on! ;)
My sister makes these! They are a hoot and a half!
Or I guess in your baby's case... I should say, "Yay for huge little penises" since she was so fearful you'd spot it if she even moved in that direction!
I hate to be the ignorant one here, but exactly when would a person use these? I'm envisioning trying to use one when changing a diaper, and it seems that you'd have to hold it in place. But your two hands would already be occupied changing the diaper.
WELL, mother dearest, I have never had opportunity to use these, so I can't personally guarantee they work, but supposedly they stay on okay by themselves and stop the cross-room spray during a diaper change. I can see using them for diaper free air out time, until the baby gets old enough to start trying to roll over.
We'll see! (Probably.)
Actually, yeah. They're super cute, but a wee(wee) impractical. I would try to use the ones my sister made, and they would always fall off, because your hands are busy and the baby is kicking... Eh. Good luck with your pee-pee teepee endeavors :)
ALSO, off subject - Lori, I believe Rachel had mentioned something in a past post about you making your own laundry soap? Could you tell me how one does that?? I would love to make our own - Seventh Generation is expensive, ya see. Thanks!
Emili - I will try to get that recipe posted this afternoon or evening! In the meantime, it can be found on a lot of blogs and websites if you search for Fels-Naptha laundry detergent. I'll tell how I do it and a few tricks I've learned, but there are many variations.
Oh man, I could have really used those with all my boys! That is definitely a good idea. :) Maybe I will invest in a few too. :)
I can't wait to find out the sex of this little one!
A small washcloth over the tiny male parts works well too.
Mine somehow sprayed the wall behind them....not sure how that happened... anyways...always thought those were cute but never bought any...silly me ;)
